Welcome to In-Laws Services ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the dumpster rental services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• By renting a dumpster from In-Laws Services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste disposal.
• Our dumpsters are for legal and permitted waste materials only. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, asbestos, chemicals, flammable materials, explosives, medical waste, and other materials restricted by law.

2. Rental Agreement

• Renting a dumpster from us constitutes a rental agreement. The duration of the rental and applicable fees will be specified in your order confirmation.
• Rental extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Additional charges may apply.
• The dumpster must be used safely and placed in an agreed-upon location to prevent damage to your property or surroundings.

3. Delivery and Pickup

• We will make every effort to deliver and pick up the dumpster according to the schedule agreed upon during the ordering process. However, delays due to weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors may occur.
• You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and free of obstructions. If we are unable to deliver or pick up the dumpster due to obstacles, rescheduling fees may apply.
• You must load the dumpster evenly and not exceed its weight limit. Overloading or misuse may result in additional charges or refusal to haul.

4. Payment and Fees

• Upfront payment is required for all rentals unless otherwise agreed upon.
• You agree to pay all applicable rental fees, taxes, and any additional charges for overages, damages, or violations of these terms. Outstanding balances must be paid in full within the time specified in the invoice.
• Late fees may apply to overdue payments. If payment is not received, we may pursue legal action or engage a collection agency.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Refunds for cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee, which will also be assessed based on the situation.
• If we cancel a service for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund for any unused services, subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

• In-Laws Services is not responsible for any damage caused to your property by the placement or removal of the dumpster unless such damage is due to our negligence.
• You are responsible for ensuring proper and legal use of the dumpster and for any injuries or damages resulting from misuse.
• We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold In-Laws Services harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the dumpster or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
